The staff were lovely and accommodating. The free airport shuttle was excellent. The breakfast was nice and early. Conveniently located near the airport.

Having spent my Christmas in this hotel, I must say that it was a great experience overall. the staff were simply amazing - friendly, helpful and always willing to assist with any requests. the free airport shuttle to and from the hotel was a major relief, given the hustle and bustle that often characterizes airports around this period. the hotel's location was quite strategic, being close to major shopping malls, restaurants, and tourist attractions.
While the experience was largely positive, there were a few downsides. The rooms were not as spacious as I would have liked, and the furnishings and fittings were quite dated.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Best aspects include the convenient location near the airport, great breakfast options, and the friendly and helpful staff who were able to understand our English. The shuttle service to and from the airport was reliable and easy to access. this hotel was perfect for a short-term stay.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was reliable and convenient. Although there were some language barriers, the receptionists did their best to assist me. The hotel also replied to my messages promptly. the hotel's location near the airport and Poli Shopping was a great advantage.
